Snaresbrook Primary School is a thriving community school located in the London Borough of Redbridge, catering to children aged 3-11. Officeology have partnered with Snaresbrook Primary as their photocopier supplier since 2020 and are the school is currently within their second agreement with us.
Snaresbrook Primary School relies heavily on high-quality, in-house printing for classroom resources and worksheets, parent communications, reports and administrative documents as well as event programmes and internal booklets.
Like many schools, when they first reached out to Officeology they expressed their need for costings within their educational budgets, reliable devices on a service contract so they would experience minimal downtime, and professional quality colour printing and photocopying, all whilst looking for a responsive and local support partner who truly understands the requirements of schools. Officeology currently supplies Snaresbrook Primary School with two Toshiba E-Studio6525AC photocopiers, both of which are strategically positioned within the school to perfectly support administration and teaching staff. These are high speed, multifunctional devices, providing great quality colour printing, copying and scanning. One of these devices includes a booklet finisher, enabling the school produce professional, saddle-stitched booklets in-house, saving both time and money compared to if these were to be outsourced.
After two consecutive contracts, Snaresbrook Primary School continues to renew with Officeology, highlighting the schools staff satisfaction with both the managed service Officeology provides and the performance of the machines supplied.
