Will you need a coloured or black and white copier? How big will the paper tray need to be? There are two types of photocopiers – mono (black and white) and colour. In order to photocopy in colour you need to make sure you have a colour photocopier. These copiers use 4 toners – Cyan (c), Magenta (m), Yellow (y) and Black (k) – sometimes referred to as CMYK printing. These photocopiers can produce a wide variety of colours on the CMYK spectrum so are ideal for any kind of printing tasks.
