Founded in 2004, The Office Group provides over 50 flexible, design-led working spaces, meeting rooms, private offices and event venues to a vibrant and diverse network of people and businesses across London and Germany. Known for their innovative and creative working environments, The Office Group focuses on developing landmark properties. This means that each workspace has been designed around the history and location of the building, making each office unique and exciting to work in. They had multiple suppliers for their buildings across the UK and were locked into various contracts which were overcharging and not flexible. We offered a simpler, more efficient and cost-effective way to manage their office operations. On a pay as you use style contract. We reviewed all their agreements to produce a roadmap to replace all their current equipment with Officeology equipment on one flexible agreement, which allowed them to pay for what they used, giving them greater financial control.
We have provided franking machines and photocopiers for all of their new buildings since 2015. We now supply almost 30 TOG buildings in the UK and, more recently, supplied their first 5 buildings in Germany too, which are their first offices outside of the UK.
