The FPi 6130 high-production folder inserter delivers up to 4,300 envelopes per hour with a monthly capacity of 120,000. Its customisable four-feeder tower supports up to 7 total stations, envelopes and media can be loaded on the fly, and optional horizontal belt stackers enable multi-exit, high-capacity output.
Envelopes and paper can be replenished while the FPi 6130 is running, eliminating production stoppages during high-volume mail runs.
Horizontal belt stackers handle high-productivity output, two can run simultaneously to exit different envelope sizes to separate destinations.
